SBR

 SBR poured rubber is a flooring system used in both indoor and outdoor special environments such as walking paths, multi-purpose sports areas, and children's playgrounds. It allows for the creation of a single-piece design over larger areas. SBR poured rubber can be applied at thicknesses of 13, 15, 20, 25, 30, and 40 mm.

Application

• The application of SBR Poured Rubber flooring begins with the proper cleaning of the concrete surface. Once the surface is cleaned, a layer of primer (sealer) is applied. This primer application ensures a strong bond between the concrete surface and the top layer of SBR rubber product.
• Following the primer application, a mixture of SBR rubber granules, an appropriate amount of polyurethane binder, and coloring pigment is prepared using a mixer. This mixture is then spread over the primed surface to achieve the desired thickness.
• Optionally, sports field lines can be drawn to complete the application.
